A month with less typing
The calendar shows recorded shifts. Repeating a previous shift prepares a new entry for review and keeps the history intact. An empty day means no entry, not a confirmed day off.
A clearer pay conversation
Separate earnings, deductions, money received and expenses paid yourself. Compare amounts after the final payment. Prepare a report or a question for your coordinator, including a Polish version.
Start with three steps
Enter the terms you know
Choose a currency and rate, and say whether it is net or gross. Leave an unknown amount unknown instead of replacing it with zero.
Record a worked shift
Check the date, hours and breaks before saving. Commute increases the time your job occupies, but it does not automatically count as paid time.
Complete the monthly settlement
Enter deductions and the total received, including each advance once. Mark the payment as final when it has actually been completed.

Budget until payday
Subtract still-unpaid essential costs from the money you already have. The calculator divides the remainder across today through the day before payday. If money is short, it shows the funding gap.
Hours toward your goal
Enter the amount you still need, future costs and a known net rate. See the paid hours and number of shifts required. Displayed time is rounded up to the minute.
Before the first shift
The offer passport helps collect the job, rate, housing, people per room, transport and recruitment or invitation fees. It records the conditions you were told so you can check them; it does not verify an employer.
Your data, your records
You choose when to save the ledger in this browser. Download JSON backups regularly: clearing device storage can remove records. The budget and hours calculators do not save entered amounts. Public links select only a language and contain no rates, amounts or work dates.
Data and privacy ↗What to keep in mind
WorkLens calculates from user-entered information. It does not automatically calculate taxes, night premiums or overtime, and does not convert currencies. A gross rate is not converted to net. A difference between the calculation and a payment is a point to clarify, not a legal finding.
