The shift ledger and offer conditions are stored in this browser when you save them. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them. Clearing browser data can remove them. Export a JSON backup to keep a separate copy.

The free budgeting and work-goal tools calculate in the open page. WorkLens does not send their entered amounts to its owner or store them in the ledger. Your browser may retain form input as part of its own features.

The first-week checklist stores only checked step identifiers on this device after you press Save. It does not collect contact details, addresses or salary amounts. The partner enquiry form prepares a draft locally; nothing is sent until you choose to send it using your email provider. QR codes contain only a public language-specific page address.

My schedule stores planned dates, times and your short labels separately from the pay ledger, only when you save. The schedule has its own JSON backup; the ledger backup does not include it. ICS export creates a file containing your schedule; importing it shares those details with your chosen calendar app. Check the calendar's time zone. WorkLens does not enable automatic notifications or send your schedule to an employer.

PDF Studio processes the text, PDFs and images you choose in this browser. It does not upload their content or save document drafts in local storage. Downloaded files are yours to keep. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active draft and selected files. Local fonts and PDF libraries are served by the same website. Rewarded advertising is not active; exports are currently free.

The hosting provider processes technical requests to deliver and protect the website. WorkLens currently has no advertising-network script, third-party analytics, account service or cloud synchronisation. The website does not submit your recorded salary or shift details to the owner.

If you choose to email the owner, your email provider sends the message. The owner receives the information you include to respond to your enquiry. Do not include identity documents or bank details in a general enquiry.

A direct sponsor, when present, is clearly labelled as paid advertising. Opening an external advertisement takes you to that advertiser's website and its own privacy terms. WorkLens does not include your local journal in the link.

AdSense has not been activated. Before a network is activated, this information must be updated and the appropriate consent controls configured. Refusing advertising consent must not block the free tools.
